Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrading charges the full new-plan price immediately and starts a new billing period (no proration for unused time), and the new credits are added to your balance. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yearly plans receive the full year's credits upfront when the plan starts (and again at each annual renewal) — not in monthly drops. You get all 12 months of credits (12× your monthly allocation) added to your balance immediately.

When your credits run out, processing pauses until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan anytime for more credits.

Yes. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed on EU-resident infrastructure, and never sent to external AI APIs. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after a retention period in line with your plan, and you can request immediate deletion at any time — see our Data Policy for exact retention windows. We are fully GDPR-aligned.

We accept all major credit cards. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

Yes — cancel anytime from the billing portal (Billing → Manage Billing in your dashboard). You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
